30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@lizandmax.com Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for your new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@lizandmax.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
