Our 30-Day Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn’t ideal or you’ve changed your mind, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags and packaging must be included and intact
- Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is perfect)
To start a return, email us at support@lizandmax.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Quick, Dependable Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as it’s completed.
Please note:
- Original shipping is always free—no restocking fees or hidden charges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for your new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@lizandmax.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
